Brewing this beautiful pearl tea is a simple process - warm up the teapot with boiling water, then add 3-4 black tea pearls. Pour a small amount of boiling water into the tea and immediately pour it out to dampen and start steeping the leaves. After that, pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water (about 90-95°C / 195-205°F) and cover the teapot for 3-5 minutes before serving. The result is a delightful, fragrant tea that can be enjoyed hot or as a refreshing iced tea.
